I have worked in the financial, educational, IT and medical fields for over fifteen years. I have consulted and led major projects dealing with organizational development/change management, talent management, training and development in North America and Asia Pacific, collaborating with subject matter experts. I have worked with the corporate, commercial, medical, sport and entertainment industries as a media producer for over 12 years. I specialize in creating highly effective communicative media. Whether for the general public or specific to a brand or business — successfully engaging the audience is always my priority. As the owner/executive producer of a Toronto-based production house Dept. of Media, I bring to Ki my creative eye and ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.

I hold a Ph.D. in applied social psychology and am a seasoned management consultant, trainer and professor at the Adler Graduate Professional School, well-known for its executive coaching program, among others. My areas of expertise include: strategic career transitioning and development, the psychology of advertising and persuasion, effective leadership communication, creative and critical thinking, organizational development and conflict resolution.
